Regard sur l’image and La Spirale are two complementary works in French. The first is an essay on understanding the image through visual perception, culture and image technology, while the second is a fictional text wrote by Italo Calvino of nature’s invention of vision, from the single-cell organism sensitive to light to the invention of the human eye. The former is a personal achievementof my theoritical work, while the latter is a reflection of my journey as a visual artist.
